1. If, for any reason, your bird should die, contact us as soon as possible. 2. Take the bird to an avian vet. Together, we will try and determine the cause of death only to avoid placing another bird in danger. 3. If you purchased the bird from us less than one year prior to its death we will replace it if the death was due to illness and NOT negligence. (Avian Vet certificate stating cause of death is required) 4. All you will be required to pay to replace your bird is a reduced price from the breeder as negotiated by the organization. 5. This warranty does not cover death due to mishaps and/or owner negligence.
When you purchase your bird from us, the purchase is just the beginning of our relationship.
We are dedicated to helping you maintain the health and pet quality of your companion parrot.
**All of our babies are sent to their new homes on a quality pelleted diet. In order for this warranty to remain in effect, your bird must continue to be fed this pelleted food as the majority of his diet. You can either buy your food from us, or provide proof of purchase if your bird should die within the first year.**
PLEASE BE ADVISED: WE DO NOT SELL PARAKEETS, COCKATIELS, OR LOVEBIRDS. THEY ARE KNOWN TO BE CHRONIC CARRIERS OF DEADLY DISEASES WHICH WE CANNOT EXPOSE TO OUR AVIARY. WE WILL GROOM THESE BIRDS, BUT CUSTOMERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO VISIT THE AVIARIES. BOARDING IS ALLOWED ONLY WITH A CERTIFICATE OF NEGATIVE TESTING RESULTS FOR POLYOMA AND PSITTACOSIS. IF YOU OWN ONE OF THESE BIRDS, THIS CERTIFICATE IS ALSO REQUIRED BEFORE PURCHASING A PARROT FROM US, OR ELSE WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH OUR ONE YEAR LIMITED HEALTH WARRANTY.
